Opening of Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan takes place in Türkiye

AKIPRESS.COM – Ankara hosted the opening of the Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan in honor of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Kyrgyzstan, the 100th anniversary of Türkiye and the 95th anniversary of the Kyrgyz writer Chyngyz Aitmatov on November 26, the Ministry of Culture said.

The event was attended by First Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Timurlan Azhymaliev, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye Batuhan Mumcu, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Türkiye Ruslan Kazakbaev, special guests, masters of culture and art, compatriots living in Türkiye.

The folklore and ethnographic ensemble “Kambarkan” named after Chalagyz Isabaev performed national songs, and works of masters and artists and Kyrgyz national dishes were demonstrated at the Ankara Theater.
