WORLD CONDEMNS ATTACKS IN ISTANBUL

Leaders worldwide yesterday spoke as one in their condemnation the latest terrorist attacks in Istanbul. UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan called the attacks inhumane, adding that those responsible clearly lacked respect for humanity.
