Ukrainian Plane Crashes Near Trabzon, No Survivors

The plane attempted twice to land at Trabzon for refueling. The Esenboga Airport Flight Information Center reported that radar contact with the plane was lost around 4.45 this morning, during the plane’s third landing attempt. The commuter plane, which was carrying a team of Spanish peacekeepers, crashed near Trabzon’s Macka county. Rescue efforts are ongoing, though present reports indicate that there are no survivors.
