UK is getting a new airline focussed on ‘affordable’ flights to Turkey

A new airline is on the scene and offering Brits budget flights to Turkey. Ajet, previously known as AnadoluJet, is owned by Turkish Airlines.

It plans to take to the skies from the end of this month with new international flights. The revamped airline will be offering a route to Istanbul from London Stansted from March 31.

Tickets are already available to book on the Ajet website. Prices start from as little as £131 one way.

Although more destinations aren’t available at the minute, Ajet is expecting to have a fleet of 200 planes within the next decade, so there could be more affordable routes on the way. The airline has ambitions to fly to 44 countries.

AJet also offers special discounts for student, teacher, soldier, veteran/widowed/ martyr family, Ministry of National Defense protocol, disabled and funeral escort passengers. In order for our passengers to benefit from this discount, they must submit the necessary documents before the flight.

Customers are advised to contact Ajet’s Call Center for detailed information about discounts. A spokesman for the AIRLINE SAID: “After years of enjoyable travels under the AnadoluJet flag, AJet emerges as more than just a new name. It represents a transformation, promising to serve passengers with modern, accessible prices. We’ve created a brand-new airline, with a sharp focus on our passengers’ desire for affordable travel.

“AJet not only boasts a fleet of young, eco-friendly aircraft featuring simple and spacious cabins; it also pioneers as a digital airline. Our user-friendly reservation system enables quick and effortless transaction completion. In the next 10 years, our expansion plans include flying to 44 countries, covering 42 domestic and 80 international routes with our 200 aircraft. An AJet flight will be part of every journey you plan, ensuring you’re reunited with your loved ones safely andaffordably.”
