U.S. is penalizing the countries which did not support her war

U.S. is penalizing the countries which did not support her war with Iraq, by excluding them from tenders in Iraq. 60 countries, including Turkey, will be able to join the restructuring bids worth 18.6 billion dollars.

U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz said that , for national security reasons, the countries to participate into the new bids included, U.S., Iraq, coalition partners and countries providing military support to Iraq.
