Turkish Red Crescent starts distributing aid in Kirkuk

Recalling that Turkish Red Crescent sent humanitarian aid to capital Baghdad last week, the same sources noted that the humanitarian aid was handed over to Iraqi Red Crescent Office in Kirkuk to be distributed to Iraqi people.
