Turkish commander tells U.S. commander

Second Assassination Claim

During the joint commission meeting in Ankara, the U.S. team reportedly made another claim about another assassination attempt on a high-ranking Turkoman official for refusing to collaborate with the Iraqi Turkoman Front and that, a Colonel was the master-mind of such an attempt. In response, the Turkish side furnished concrete evidence refuting the American allegations.

The Turco-American commission meeting is expected to be held today, upon the return of the American commander.
