Turkey to hold 10th FMs meeting in Antalya

ANKARA (AA) – Turkey, which became term president of Mediterranean Forum (FOROMED) in 2002, will hold the 10th Foreign Ministers meeting in southern Antalya province between October 9 and 10.

Releasing a statement, Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the 10th foreign ministers meeting of FOROMED comprising of Algeria, Morocco, France, Spain, Italy, Malta, Egypt, Portugal, Tunisia, Turkey and Greece would be held in Antalya between October 9 and 10.

Political, economic, social and cultural issues concerning Mediterranean basin will be taken up in sessions during the meeting. Current regional and international issues will also be discussed in the meeting.

Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will hold press conference about the results of meeting on October 10.
