Turkey: Police on alert for NATO Summit

Turkey is to host NATO’s annual heads of state summit on June 28-29 in Istanbul. Among those attending will be US President George Bush.

Turkey is putting in place tight security measures for the event and earlier this month foiled a planned suicide bombing attack aimed at targeting the summit.
