Slovakia takes on Turkey on Saturday in a do-or-die Euro 2004

Turkey’s coach, Senol Gunes, told the daily Milliyet his analysis of Slovak play showed serious flaws in home team’s defense.

"They attack as a whole and they leave gaps in the defense. We will try to take advantage of this … We will do everything to win," he said.

"To be able to win against Slovakia, we have to run faster than them," Foto Mac sports daily quoted Gunes as saying. "Our competitor is experienced and physically strong … but we are well-prepared."

Slovakia, led by Szilard Nemeth of Middlesborough, who scored a goal in a qualifier against England last year and two goals in a recent qualifier against Liechtenstein, has not reported any injuries.

"Turkey is a strong rival, but everyone can be defeated," Jurkemik said. "If we want to remain in contention, we have to win against the strong ones as well."
