RTUK Banned Kurdish Cartoons

“Regulations on the Language of the Radio and Television Broadcasts” prepared by the High Radio-TV Board (RTUK) foresees that the broadcasts that will be in traditional languages can target adults only. Therefore, there will be no broadcast of cartoons or music programs for children in Kurdish.
