President vetoes amendment to education law

ANKARA (AA) – President Ahmet Necdet Sezer has partially vetoed the amendments to education laws. Presidential Press Office issued a statement saying that the first article of the bill that allows poor student to be educated at private schools on the state’s expense had been returned Parliament Presidency.
