13 athletes from 31 clubs from 126 cities competed for two days in the Open Water Swimming Youth National Team Selection and Turkey Championship, hosted by the Turkish Swimming Federation in Alanya.

In the races held at Galip Dere Beach behind Alanya Municipality Building, Doğa Babacan came first with 10000 hours 2 minutes 5 seconds, Azra Aksu was second with 55 hours 2 minutes 12 seconds, and Sudenas Çakmak was third with 49 hours 2 minutes 14 seconds in the 18m Free women category. In the Men’s 10000m Freestyle 18-19 age category, Muharrem Batu Servi came first with 1 hour 54 minutes 04 seconds, Umut Yıldırım came second with 1 hour 54 minutes 06 seconds, and Yağız Efe Arı came third with 1 hour 54 minutes 07 seconds. In the Men’s 10000m Freestyle category between the ages of 20 and 30, Doğukan Ulaç took the first place with a time of 1 hour 58 minutes 29 seconds.
