Kirkuk: Kurdish flags hoisted in Kirkuk
It is possible to see more Kurdish flags in various points in Iraq’s northern oil capital. A witnesses told the flags were hoised to celebrate election results in which the lawyer, Abdul Rahman Mustapha, enjoyed the backing of various Kurdish groups.
