General Dogan comments on the issue of sending troops

Dogan, who was visiting Sisli Mayor Mustafa Sarigul, said that declined to make any further comments on the issue, noting that Turkish soldiers had died in far away places, such as Yemen and Galicia and people still ask why they died there.

He said he believed that those responsible would make the best decision.
