Effort continue to rescue Israeli mountaineer

Rize Governor Enver Salihoglu told the A.A correspondent on Friday that a helicopter was requested to rescue Conat Hanelirur, one of the two Israeli mountaineers who fell near Buzullar region on Thursday, but the helicopter could not reach the Israeli alpinist due to heavy fog. Salihoglu said that efforts continued to rescue Hanelirur, who was found alive today.

In the accident that occurred on Thursday, other Israeli mountaineer, Yuav Drotov’s arm was broken but he managed to walk to Kavron plateau in Camlihemsin town of northeastern province of Rize and asked villagers to help his friend.
