Azerbaijan Says Told Russia, Turkey About Karabakh Operation


Azerbaijan said on Tuesday it informed Russia and Turkey about military activities it was carrying out in Karabakh as part of “anti-terrorist operations” in the Armenian-populated breakaway region.
