Cyprus Talks Begin Next Week
Annan wrote letters of invitation to both Denktas and Papadopoulos requesting that they come to New York on February 10th to resume negotiations under the aegis of the UN. Annan also requested that Turkey, Greece and Britain send representatives to the talks.
