US troops kill six Iraqis in wage protest

Workers of the former defence ministry hurled stones at US soldiers when the tension reached its climax. US forces fired at the protestors to disperse themselves. Iraqi witnesses told three US soldiers were also died on the spot. US military sources told
they were still unaware of the incident.
