People should take it as no real surprise to find out that the condo market has done very well over the past couple of months and that has essentially brought it to a point wherein the inventory of condos have shrunk to a health amount. However, there have been numerous speculations which go into depth in terms of exactly how long such a phenomenon is going to leave its imprints in areas such as Miami.
One particular concern that has people on the edge of their seats is whether the Miami condo inventory issue is going to be gone for good or if we are only about to see a shift in conditions from what was once a buyer’s market to what could very well be a seller’s market.
