Video: Blast kills seven at hotel restaurant in Afghan capital Kabul

An explosion in at a Chinese-run restaurant in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul has killed a Chinese national and six Afghans. ISIL later claimed responsibility for the attack in a heavily guarded part of the city.
