US Penalizes 8 Chinese Firms
According to The New York Times, the White House and US intelligence services made the decision in an effort to identify and slow down Iranian weapons programs.
The Times reported that the White House did not issued any public statement on the decision and Federal Register notice did not mention the type of technology transfered to Iran.
