US: Our Intelligence on Iran is Reliable

In a statement in Chilean capital Santiago, on a visit for a Pacific Region economic summit, Bush said: "North Korea will hear the whole world asking it to give up its nuclear weapons program." The US President indicated that the only thing that the US would do about North Korea’s nuclear armament program is participate in multi-sided negotiations. He emphasized that he appreciated the European countries’ initiatives to convince Iran to give up producing nuclear weapons and said: "It is important that the Iranian government understand that we are anxious about their intentions and especially the news that they intend to accelerate, before certain international talks, their substance processing which paves the way for making nuclear weapons. This is a highly serious issue. The world is aware of this and we will try to solve this problem together."

The US administration has been reportedly studying on a broad plan to gain international support for its claims on Iran. Meanwhile, US Department of State Spokesman Adam Ereli said: "We believe that we are on firm ground while we point out Iran’s efforts to develop weapons of mass destruction and systems for carrying them."
