US investigates fairness of Turkey’s pipe export
As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determination, the Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its antidumping investigation of imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey, with its preliminary determination due on or about February 16, 2004.
US’s southern neighbour Mexico is also subject to the same investigation.
