US Army Lifts Siege on Telafer

Almost two weeks ago, American commanders declared that the city was a haven for resistors and foreign insurgents. A bombardment began that concentrated on districts like Hasan, Koy, Serray and Qadisiye, where Iraqi police forces now patrol the streets.
