Ukraine Sold 18 X-55 Missiles to Iran and China

The news article reporting on Ukrainian Chief Prosecutor Svyatoslav Piskun read that 12 of these missiles, which are also known as Kh-55 or AS 15, were sold to Iran and six of them without nuclear warheads were sold to China.

The Financial Times article noted Piskun’s statements are the "first" confirmations from a government official regarding Ukraine’s missile export. Regarding these sales, a Ukrainian businessman was arrested and his trial secretly began in 2004. One of the two suspected Russian businessmen were apprehended in Prague last July and Puskin added that this individual’s return was demanded.
