U.S. oil giant Halliburton Suspends Production at Batman Well

The amount of oil decreased within a month from 5,000 to 1,000 barrels during the past week due to a subsidence that had occurred, leading to a suspension of operations at the well. PEMI, which had leased the Selmo oil field for 10 years, has reportedly turned its attention to seismic research in the area.
