1. Identifying the differences between the current situation and the desired situation – which, in this context, corresponds to fulfillment of the GBV Minimum Standards for GBViE (The Inter-Agency Minimum Standards for Gender Based Violence in Emergencies) Programming

2. Defining the corrective actions that are needed to be taken by relevant actors and

3. Proposing possible strategies for the GBV Sub-Sector Action Plan.
