Turkish troops will bring stability in Iraq

Speaking after his visit to Akcakoca Mayor Ali Uslanmaz, he said that it was beyond government to decide on such an issue, noting that any decision to send troops would mainly depend on humanitarian concerns. He said Parliament would have the last say over the matter.
