Turkish PM: Iraq belongs to All Iraqis

Erdogan and Rice discussed the latest developments in Northern Iraq and noted the importance of good relations between the two sides.

Rice reportedly said: "Kerkuk is an Iraqi city" and Erdogan emphasized Iraq’s unity and said: "No ethnic or religious groups should dominate the others in Iraq. Iraq belongs to all Iraqis."
