Turkish forces still serve in Afghanistan
14 officers have been taught Turkish language at a class opened at the School of Afghanistan Air Forces by means of technological apparatus.
They hope to continue their education in Ankara for a year at the end of a 6-mount course. "We have been learning Turkish language for two mounths. We like Turkey. We wish to have education at Military Medical Academy in Ankara," told an Afghan officer. Turkish forces are exerting great efforts for stability and security as well. "Turkish troops have maintained security over a 5-kilometres area which is a trade field," told Turkish Colonel Bahri Tüner.
