Turkey’s Missafir acquires Croatia’s Golden Leaf


April 4 (SeeNews) – Turkish short and medium-term property management company Missafir said it has acquired Croatia-based peer Golden Leaf Properties for an undisclosed sum.

“With this acquisition in the most important tourism country of the Adriatic region, we are starting to offer home accommodation experience with Missafir quality to tens of thousands of guests with more than 110 houses in popular destinations of the region such as Split, the Hvar island, other Dalmatian islands and Zadar,” the Istanbul-based company said on its Linkedin profile last week.

Split-based Golden Leaf was set up in 2014. It specializes in high quality short-term rentals, linking owners and guests.

Missafir offers for rent more than 850 villas and apartments with a five-star hotel comfort throughout Turkey and in Northern Cyprus, according to its website.
