Turkey to finance its troop in Iraq

According to deal, first six-nine months Turkey to pay soldiers’ expenses but after it Ankara and Washington to take up issue again and Turkey may demand expenses to be paid by the US.

In addition to this, Ankara will establish five headquarters in Iraq and it will restore 50 schools, five hospitals.
