Turkey: Batman Full of Gas

Gasoline extracted from 80 wells will be transported to Turkey Petroleum Refineries Co. (TUPRAS) by tankers. Dr. Hasan Bayindir, Assistant Dean of Dicle University-Batman Faculty of Technical Education , said yesterday that gasoline has already begun seeping back into some of the wells. "We will not wait for another blast to occur at the Site. We think that the gasoline found underground has been there for a long time."
