Turkey: A man opens fire randomly

According to initial reports, a fight broke out between two groups around 12,50 (local time) at central Taksim district in Istanbul. Police, taking tight security measures because of wedding ceremony of Bilal Erdogan, rushed into the scene and wounded people were taken into Taksim First-aid Hospital. The attacker, Okan Kilicoglu, was detained and the police launched a wide inspection.
