Top Level Iraqi Interior Ministry Official Abducted

An announcement by the Ministry read that Colonel Riyad Katei Aliwi of the Operations Office was kidnapped by armed people in south of Iraqi capital Bagdat (Baghdad) earlier today.

He was forced from his car at gunpoint and abducted, the Ministry said.
