Three injured in explosion at Istanbul Municipality warehouse

Early reports say that the casualty toll could rise and the area has been evacuated surrounding the warehouse has been evacuated.
There are further though smaller explosions occurring in the vicinity.
There was a similar explosion in warehouse area last year.
