Sunnis Support Shiites: We don’t Want a New Tyrant
Iraqi Islamic Revolution High Council’s (IIDYK) second man Abdulaziz Al-Hakim said, ‘We will not take place in any forced-administration’. Authorities point that in case the Sunnis after the Shiites continue to increase their opposition and anti U.S. demonstrations, plans of the United States in the region and in Iraq will be ruined.
Noting Sunnis and Shiites have to live together in harmony, Sheikh Al Azami said: "Let’s say ‘No’ to the U.S. and the invasion. Let’s not replace a tyrant with another one." The Sheikh concluded by saying that they desire Muslim population to live hand in hand, equal and in security without any difference of ethnic background, without any difference of sects.
