Stern: 75.9 percent of Turks Hope for EU

73.8 percent of the participants said they hoped that Turkey would modernize through joining the EU. In the research, nearly half of Turkish people said they would want to work in EU countries if Turkey does not join the EU, of which 19.8 percent would want to work in Germany and 28.8 percent in other EU countries.
