Spain’s New Advertising Base is Turkey

Spain has chosen Turkey as the base for its advertising in the east Mediterranean and Middle East. Previously, this advertising was based in Egypt. Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and India, all of which were affected by the tsunami, will also participate in the fair in Istanbul, and entrance fees to the fair will be donated to the relief work in the aftermath of the disaster.

Representatives of Spanish hotel and tourism agencies will both advertise their services and examine tourism investments in Turkey during the fair in the Beylikduzu Tuyap Fair Center. Spain follows France as the second most popular place for tourism with 55 million tourists per year.
