Slain PKK militant arrived in Diyarbakir

Body of Ergin Sincer, an executive member of the outlawed Kurdistan Worker Party PKK/KADEK, was handled at Habour border gate and taken to the
province’s public hospital for autopsy by his elder brother Ali Sincer. Some of the pro-Kurdish supporters lifted pictures of Sincer with victory sign while his body was carried out of the ambulance amid slogans of “Ergins will not die”. Verbal quarrel turned into a riot after the large crowd did not dispersed peacefully despite security warning. Some of DEHAP’s supporters
were taken into custody and some of them failed due to excessive force.
Sincer was terminated in a recent clearence operation against inter-group traitors after he intented to benefit from partial amnesty that went into force in the last month.
