Sezer met Baykal to Discuss Troop Deployment

During their talks, Sezer reportedly said that a United Nations resolution would be needed before any such deployment. Speaking afterwards, Baykal called the meeting “very fruitful,” adding, “It gave me a chance to hear the president’s views on certain issues.”
