Secular Signature
The European Constitution, which will form the future of the European Union that enlarged by increasing its member to 25 last May 1, is being signed today in Rome, Italy, with a ceremony at a summit in which Turkey will also attend as a candidate to membership.
The signature ceremony of the European Constitutional Treaty will be held at the Orazzi-Cruazzi Hall of the Rome Municipality Palace. Apart from 25 Member States, candidate countries Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey will also attend the ceremony and sign the document. Croatia will be present at the ceremony with the observer title as a candidate member of the future.
