Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of sexually assaulting 2 underage boys in new civil lawsuits

HOUSTON, United States

Two new civil lawsuits were filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs accusing the music star of sexually assaulting two underage boys, according to news outlets.

The allegations were released Monday after suits were filed in the state of New York.

In the first suit, the victim alleges he was assaulted by Combs in 2005 when he was 10 years old and went to New York for a private audition with the rapper and producer. The lawsuit said the boy performed several songs for Combs who told him he had the potential to become a star.

A third person at the audition gave the boy a soda that made him feel “funny” and when he resisted Combs’ advances, the plaintiff said the rap star assaulted him. The lawsuit goes on to say that the boy lost consciousness and woke up in pain and with his pants undone. Combs allegedly told the victim that if he told anyone, he would hurt his parents.

In the second lawsuit, an unnamed plaintiff said he was 17 at the time of the alleged assault when he was auditioning for Combs’ MTV reality competition, “Making the Band,” in 2008. The complaint indicated that Combs and his bodyguard allegedly forced the teen into performing sexual acts.

Combs is currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he has been locked up since his September arrest on federal criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. He was denied bail and will remain in custody until his trial, which is expected to begin in May.

Combs and his representatives have denied all the allegations to numerous media outlets, including the BBC, which received a statement that said Combs “never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

If convicted of racketeering, Combs could face life in prison.

In addition to federal criminal charges, the music mogul has been slapped with more than two dozen civil lawsuits in recent months with allegations including rape, underage assaults and sexual extortion.

The two lawsuits filed Monday were brought by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee who said he represents more than 100 alleged victims.

Buzbee revealed that he plans to file dozens more civil suits against Combs in the coming weeks.
