Rice Threatens Syria with Isolation

In a joint press conference with her Italian counterpart Gianfranco Fini in Rome, Rice has noted that Syria does not offer help in the Middle East and added: "At least, it could be said that Syria has supported terrorism especially in the south of Lebanon."

"If Syria does not want to be isolated and develop bad relations with the US, it should show more co-operation."
