Powell Apologizes to Iraqi Prisoners

Powell gave a press briefing prior to his departure from Jordan, where he was attending the World Economy Forum. Powell said, "The President has expressed an apology on behalf of the nation. [I will] reinforce that apology. We are devastated by what happened at Abu Ghraib. We apologize to those who were abused in such an awful manner."
