PM Erdogan due to Greece on Thursday

ANKARA (AA) – Erdogan will meet with Greek Prime Minister Costas Caramanlis in a "family dinner" at Caramanlis’ villa.

Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan will be welcomed by an official ceremony at the Greek Prime Ministry on Friday.

Erdogan and Caramanlis will hold a joint press conference following their tete-a-tete meeting and meetings between Turkish and Greek delegations the same day.

Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan will be received by Greek President Constandinos Stephanopoulos.

After laying a wreath on the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, Erdogan will visit Greek Parliament Speaker Anna Psarouda-Benaki.

Erdogan will attend the meeting of Turkish-Greek Business Council and meet with Athens Mayor Dora Bakoyianni.

Prime Minister Erdogan will be decorated with a gold medal of merit in a ceremony and attend an official dinner hosted in his honor on Friday.

Erdogan will go to Alexandropolis on Saturday and be welcomed by Greek Minister of Macedonia and Thrace Nikos Tsiartsionis and deputy foreign minister of Greece.

Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan will be briefed in Turkey’s Consulate General in Komotini and chat with members of Western Thrace Turkish Solidarity Board.

After receiving Tsiartsionis, Erdogan will attend luncheon hosted in his honor by Tsiartsionis.

Erdogan will receive representatives of Western Thrace Turkish Minority Association and elected muftis.

Prime Minister Erdogan is expected to return to Turkey on Saturday evening.
