Papadopoulos urges Turkish troops’ withdrawal

Referring to Prime Minsiter Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s latest statement in Paris saying that Turkey would not withdraw its troops from Cyprus, Papadopoulos said Greek Cypriots had a stable attitude concerning the issue, said Greek Cypriot daily Pileleptheros.

"We want all troops to be withdrawn from Cyprus and Turkey to abandon her claim of intervention rights," Papadopoulos was quoted as saying.
