Norwegians condenm Istanbul blasts

A group led by council leader Erling Lae, Turkish deputy Mertefe Bartinoglu, chief rabbi Imre Hercz and bishop Gunnar Stalset staged a comemorative ceremony for victims of Istanbul blasts in Oslo.
