Norwegian observers: "Elections were fair" in Cyprus

In a joint press conference, the Norwegian observors told they hoped the results would pave the way for the Turkish side to join European Union alongside Greek Cypriots. They also said Annan plan should be negotiated in details when a new administration took place.
